Workflow

When submitting a call intake in ExpertDesk Seven, the previously defined workflow automatically starts based on the contract parameters. The correct workflow is triggered and creates the appropriate activities.

Activities

Activities are actions that must be performed to resolve a ticket. The first activity is started automatically and awaits result input before triggering the next activity. The result input can be provided by a system user. Since the outcome of the activity determines which follow up activity is started, the workflow is conditional.

Zero touch

While in the above scenario the result input is provided manually, you can also configure ExpertDesk to handle the activities for you. Mansystems has developed a general function layer that is used to automatically complete the activities.
With this technology, Mansystems has built a “zero touch” workflow system that you can use to outsource your work automatically. Check interfaces, monitor, use and enrich various remote systems without user intervention. You only receive an alert on your outsourced work when required by your process.

Reporting

Business Objects is the standard reporting tool used by Mansystems. With ExpertDesk Seven, you can create management reports that show all outsourced work in a clear overview. These reports show the performance of all parties that you outsourced your work to.
