Our Method
Mansystems has created a number of steps and elements to ensure rapid implementation and the successful completion and hand-over of any size project. By creating solid and clear commitments during the ‘first five minutes’, our approach is transparent and the milestones and deliverables are defined.
We base our approach on 15 years of experience, formed by customer input, practical project planning and knowledge, translated from PMI and Prince II principles. We therefore provide an assurance of project quality and a reduced overall project term.
Software Project Quality Plan
In the SPQP, Mansystems describes your entire project and total investment. Also described are project structure, project phasing, project organization, quality standards and change management structure. For your benefit you receive a description of potential threats and our suggestions on how to prevent or solve them.
A detailed project plan, including a time-line schedule, is the backbone of the SPQP for all of our projects.
