ITIL II (V2) Foundation
The course is an introductory course designed to teach basic concepts and familiarize students with the functionality of the product.
The IT Infrastructure Library® (ITIL®) contains a comprehensive description of the processes involved in managing IT infrastructures. Both ITIL® Foundation courses offered by us, are designed to introduce you to the elementary terms and concepts of ITIL®. You learn about the importance of a systematic approach to IT management. The training consist of presentation segments as well as an revealing IT infrastructure simulation. A process-like approach to the business organization is used to convey the material.
The ITIL® management model provides insight into the coherence and relationships of identified processes. In addition, you are introduced to a series of basic terms and concepts used to provide substance to these processes. All in all we provide the information necessary for dealing with any changes related to an ITIL® implementation within your organization.
The Foundation Certificate for IT Service Management is an introductory certification to understanding ITIL®, the most broadly accepted framework and standard of IT Infrastructure Management in the world. The purpose of the Foundation Certification is, to establish a solid understanding of ITIL®. This course, combined with additional experience, contributes to the students' capacity to achieve the ITIL® Foundation Certification.
This class includes Airport Simulation - BSM International, an exciting practical demonstration of the effectiveness of the ITIL® concepts. Airport Simulation - BSM International.

- Explain the best practices documented in ITIL®
- Describe the roles, processes, and components that are part of certain key ITSM areas
