ITIL III (V3) Foundation Bridge

The ITIL® Foundation V3 Bridging exam intends to give candidates a fast track route to an ITIL version 3 Foundation certificate level of knowledge.
The ITIL® Foundation v3 Bridging exam highlights the new topics in ITIL version 3 and the main differences from earlier ITIL versions.

An ITIL V2 Foundation certificate plus the V3 Foundation Bridge Certificate or a V3 Foundation certificate is a prerequisite for the higher levels of V3.

Upon completion of the course, you are able to: 

  • Describe Service Management as a practice 
  • Identify the Service Lifecycle 
  • Identify key principles and models in V3 
  • Identify generic V3 concepts 
  • Describe selected V3 processes 
  • Identify selected roles 
  • Identify selected functions 
  • Describe concepts related to technology and architecture 
  • Identify the ITIL Qualification scheme

Student Profile

This course will give candidates a quick route to an ITIL® V3 Foundation certificate level of knowledge. This course is only intended for holders of ITIL Foundation Certificates from earlier ITIL versions.
