Course Objectives
Students gain understanding of the configuration of ExpertDesk to meet the organizational needs. A wide variety of topics is covered. Below, you find the main items.
After participating, students:
- Improve their knowledge skills
- Understand how ARS and ExpertDesk are linked
- Know which parts of ExpertDesk can be configured to meet the needs of their own organization
- Can distinguish which tasks and roles are the responsibility of the Data Administrator
- Know which organizational information is needed to configure ExpertDesk.
ExpertDesk skills for the Data Administrator:
- Create, update and maintain customer management data
- Authorize ExpertDesk users and know how to address the appropriate roles
- Authorize Customer Portal Users and Announcers
- Build SLAs,OLAs and UC’s to authorize customers for support
- Define or update state transition moments for all supported processes and authorise groups to specific state transition actions
- Define dynamic alerts to inform process responsible groups or persons
- Define opening and closure categories for all supported processes
- Define new identifiers or identifier mechanisms for ExpertDesk
Student Profile
The course is suited for (future) Data Administrators who enter and maintain Core Data in ExpertDesk. The course is also applicable for employees who are responsible for technical ExpertDesk application management. Students who have knowledge of the organizational business processes can expect a higher return on investment. It enables them to translate their new knowledge directly to the ExpertDesk application.

This 3-day course is taught to groups of 2 to 8 participants.
The course fee is €1.350,- per student.
