Response times are reduced because the comprehensive overview provides planners with all vital information, such as unavailability due to vacation, at one glance and they can quickly start with the necessary planning procedures. Using Planboard enables DBA.nl to provide its customers with a higher level quality of support as planners have a centralized overview on all present activities and the customer can be allowed access to place new activities requests for themselves.
If a disruption appears all relevant routine aspects, are automatically picked-up and supported by Planboard. Several manual activities become obsolete, which means that DBA.nl achieves noticeable time savings in that area. Thanks to its efficiency enhancing functionality when conducting resource planning on people as well as means, less time is wasted searching for resource pertinent information. Because all planning information is directly available disruptions can be solved by acting quickly.
