Barneveld, December 8, 2008 - Mansystems Nederland B.V., the European Service & Governance Management specialist, today announced the release of Planboard 1.0, the newly developed resource planning tool.

Investing in product development and analysis of customer feedback enabled Mansystems yet again to create an intelligent product that further supports our goal to improve the efficiency of our customers’ service organization.

The technology of Planboard 1.0 enables any ExpertDesk user organization to create a graphical overview on their resource scheduling. The result is truly effective resource planning within standard process modules such as Incident-, Change- and Operations Management.
