Mansystems offers a service management traineeship program* consisting of a simultaneous work and study curriculum. Trainees receive extensive training and individual support while working toward a challenging and exciting career.

“A year ago, I started the Mansystems traineeship. During the time I was trained as a software consultant, I had a coach assigned to me. In addition to sharing knowledge, he provided lots of constructive criticism and kept me motivated to deliver great service to our customers.
