• 1991 - Mansystems starts as Remedy Business Unit of ESD BV, a security company
  • Remedy Partner status in Europe: first Remedy Partner in The Netherlands
  • Authorized Remedy Educational Center
• 1995 - Mansystems develops ExpertDesk Service Management ‘out-of-the-box’ service management solution
   
• 1996 - Foundation of Mansystems Nederland BV
   
• 1997 - Introduction of Mansystems Educational Services
   
• 1999 - Foundation of Mansystems Polska Sp. z.o.o.
   
 
• 1999 - Mansystems founders introduce employee shareholder program. All employees are entitled to buy company stock certificates; more than 95% Mansystems employees now own a part of the company.
   
• 2005 - Introduction of Solution Partner System in Europe to sell, implement and support ExpertDesk Service Management in Europe
   
• 2006 - Foundation of Mansolutions B.V., a sister company of Mansystems
   
 
• 2007 - Foundation of Mansystems Deutschland GmbH, in Saarbrücken, Germany
   
 
• 2008 - KPN outsources part of it’s Application Management to Mansystems
   
 
• 2009 - The launch of the Planbord solution, 100% own development
   
  • Introduction of the OpenDCME opensource model
   
• 2010 - Acquisition of N-Tuition in Germany (Neu Isenburg)
