Our sales partner program was launched in 2005. Our approved sales partners are specialized in distributing our solutions (e.g. our ITSM solution ExpertDesk) in countries Mansystems is not represented yet. They accomplish sales and consulting  jobs as well as provide support for our solutions.

Pacemaker is part of our product portfolio. This solution developed by Apprologic unifies the benefits of a service-oriented application for ticket processing and Business Process Management. Furthermore, we use its Process Designer to prepare and optimize business processes for outlining workflows.
ExpertDesks Business Intelligence is based on SAP BusinessObjectsTM Business-Intelligence-Functions – which will help you to make profound and competent decisions.
The BMC Remedy AR System platform constitutes the foundation for Mansystems ExpertDesk as a cost-efficient instrument, which helps you to automate key processes in your company and to improve the quality of your delivered services.
With ExpertDesk on Mendix our approved ITSM solution is now available in the Cloud. For our clients this means flexible cost structures respectively cost optimization, and service modules can be adapted even faster and more flexible to the customers’ needs.
We use the Oracle Object-Relational Database Management System for the integration of ExpertDesk. This permits the consolidation of business applications within scalable DB-Grids, improved performance due to data compression and doubled productivity of database administration.
In collaboration with Scapa Technologies we are able to supply Standard Test Scripts for ExpertDesk Service Management and are therefore in the position to anticipate performance fluctuations when implementing software (e.g. rising user number or users or high data traffic).
In August 2011 our approved solution: ARSXLink the standardized interface between BMC Remedy AR System and SAP R/3 has been recertified by SAP.
