Incredibly fast and with great precision, without birds touching each other. Many researchers have tried to imitate the flock principle in a model, without success. Until one researcher decided to focus on the individual. A bird knows exactly how to fly. So why would you tell him how to fly? This leads us back to the essence: the bird.

The individual is the core

A bird only needs to know where the birds are around him. In this way, he continues to fly within the flock and does not fly into other birds. The same thing is what you see in organizations.
