Siemens acquires Mendix

In 2019, Siemens acquired Mendix and integrated Mendix in its Xcelerator offering. Mansystems is the first Siemens partner and, as the leading global provider of low-code application development and deployment services for Mendix can provide these services to the Siemens community.

Siemens Xcelerator brings together and integrates the entire Siemens Digital Industries Software portfolio. By combining what was formerly known as the Siemens Digital Innovation Platform with Mentor, MindSphere, Siemens Cloud Solutions, and Mendix, Xcelerator allows you to quickly build, integrate and extend your existing data and network systems.

Mansystems will, in collaboration with the Siemens Digital Factory Division, leverage the Xcelerator platform to enable organizations to modernize their manufacturing processes.

Mendix is the very core of the Xcelerator Portfolio. Mendix allows the Siemens customer base to integrate and extend current solutions with multi-experience apps. On any cloud, any platform, any device, and any location, apps can be built and run at least seven times faster, with 70% fewer resources using the Mendix platform. Allowing the Siemens customer base to realize the benefits the Mendix platform brings quicker than ever.
